Surface Preparation :

Brush away loose contamination on the substrate to be coated.
Bio-wash for killing fungus where necessary
Roughen surfaces by wire brush manually.
All surfaces must be clean and free from laitance, dust, dirt, oil and grease.
Please check Moisture level and pHlevel in walls/roof/terrace/ceilings. The moisture levels should be below 12% and pH should be in the range 7-9.
